Vanderbilt Surf Colony is just off Tamiami Trail, a stone's throw north of beautiful downtown Naples.
Gentle breezes cool the white sand beaches of Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which is a 5 minute walk from the condo.
This has been voted to be one of the magnificent beaches in the USA. There is a hard reef just off the beach, where the snorkelling is excellent. At the north end of the Park, the current flows well as the gentle Gulf tides work their magic on the bay. FISHING along this section is excellent.
GOLF! GOLF! GOLF! There are dozens of golf courses in and around Naples.
If golf and fishing aren't your thing, what about SHOPPING on 5TH AVENUE?
RESTAURANTS! Hundreds of them, French Italian, Japanese, American, and much, much more. You'll find the finest dining in Naples, to suit all tastes and pockets. Check out The Turtle Club just a stones throw south on Gulf Shore Boulevard. Beach front dining with WONDERFUL sunsets.
FORT MYERS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT has just been modernised and more and more flights are being scheduled to fly in from Europe and Canada. The airport is only a 30 minutes drive away.
